Since the first batch of figures being sent, a lot of changes have been made to help streamline the production process so I thought i'd share them here:

PRINTING

• Higher Print Resolution I've upgraded printers!🥳This means both higher quality prints as well as faster production times
• Stronger Resins PLA Resins used now offer better strength meaning they're less likely to break if accidentally dropped.
• Less Brittle Prints By increasing exposure time during printing and post-curing for less time, the end product is left slightly flexible and avoids any brittleness that could cause damage when handled.
• Better Cleaning IPA has been swapped for Ethanol as a cleaning solution which should mean less 'stickiness' on the final product.
• Improved Transparency For clear resins, this should also allow for the final product to appear less 'cloudy'.

3D MODELS

• Strengthened Joints The 3D Models that are used for printing have been revisited in order to widen any narrow parts (particularly hands/wrists) that would be more susceptible to snapping.
• Base Design The bases have also been redesigned to have a sleaker look and feel; this mostly affect the underside.

PAINT / FINISH

• 2-stage tinting Pigment is added at 2 different stages of production, which should help make the figures look REALLY PINK!
• Clearcoat A higher quality brand of clearcoat spray has been employed which should improve the finish as well as help reduce any sticky feeling on the figures.
• Different Greens After testing many paints, I've landed on a combination of paints that give a contrast that i'm happy with 😊
• Less 'Sticky' Feeling Giving the bases a wash layer was leaving it feeling sticky after drying - the effects have been lessened and the results are a lot less sticky..

DELIVERY

• Better Packaging After a few reports of damaged deliveries, figures are now packaged with 3 different means of protecting the contents as opposed to only bubble wrap
• Tracking A different delivery service is now being used to ensure all deliveries and posted as 'Signed & Tracked' - upon posting you should recieve access to the tracking information shortly via email.
